About
Most people don't come to therapy because they're broken. They come because something in their life isn't working the way they want it to anymore. I believe healthy relationships are crucial to our well-being, beginning with the relationship we have with ourselves. Therapy is an opportunity to better understand the patterns that have shaped your life, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change that feels authentic to who you are.
Working in acute and intensive outpatient psychiatry taught me that diagnoses may be similar, but people never are. Everyone has a different story, and effective therapy begins with understanding it. From there, we'll use the approaches that best support your goals. Therapy should adapt to the person—not the other way around.
My style is relaxed, collaborative, and direct. I'll meet you where you are, ask thoughtful questions, share honest observations, and help you better understand yourself as we work toward the changes that matter most to you.
