About
Hello, I’m really glad you’re here. My name is Jessica, and I live and practice in Arizona, where I find grounding and inspiration in the quiet beauty of the desert. I’m licensed in both Arizona and Minnesota, and I work with adults using a neurodivergent-affirming approach. What drives me as a provider is my desire to offer you a space where you feel seen, understood, and validated. Many people I work with feel overwhelmed by relationships, life transitions, and the everyday demands of life. I focus on helping you slow down, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with a sense of steadiness and self-trust.My hope is that our work together feels calm, supportive, and genuine — a space where you don’t have to mask or have everything figured out. I’m here to walk alongside you and support you in building a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and true to you.
I chose this path because I believe in the importance of feeling understood and validated. Many people move through life without having their experiences named or normalized, and my goal is to help you make sense of what you’re feeling without judgment.I enjoy working with adults across all stages of life and supporting you as you navigate relationships, transitions, and everyday challenges. My hope is to offer both validation and practical strategies so you feel more grounded, confident, and supported wherever you are in your journey.
I take a strengths-based, affirming approach that focuses on recognizing what is already working for you, not just what feels difficult. I prioritize listening, validation, and collaboration so you feel supported and understood. Together, we build on your strengths while developing practical tools that help you navigate challenges in a way that feels realistic and aligned with who you are.
