About
Hello! My name is Jessica and I specialize in women's issues, especially as they intersect neurodiversity. I am passionate about supporting women in all phases of life and am specifically drawn to helping those who are navigating fertility issues, postpartum mental health and who are adjusting to parenting. I know how isolating fertility struggles, pregnancy, and postpartum life can feel, especially when your sensory needs or executive functioning add additional challenges. In our work together, you’ll find a calm, nonjudgmental space where I listen closely to what you need as we create clear, practical strategies that fit your routines and values. Whether you’re facing reproductive issues, general anxieties, or are adjusting to a new phase of life, I’ll partner with you to reduce overwhelm, increase safety and predictability, and help you build supports that protect your well-being.
I began specializing because in my practice I have often come across women whose reproductive and perinatal struggles felt amplified by undiagnosed or unsupported neurodivergent traits. Too often your hard-to-explain anxiety, sensory overwhelm, executive functioning challenges, or social expectations are not recognized as part of a neurodivergent profile, which impacts how you receive support. I want to both support and normalize these challenges by offering care that understands your unique situation and offers real feedback. My goal is to meet you where you are and collaborate on concrete, individualized strategies that protect your mental health and support your goals.
My practice is rooted in a strengths-based approach, ensuring every client feels genuinely validated and empowered. I believe in highlighting innate capabilities to overcome obstacles and achieve personal growth, providing a secure, empathetic environment for authentic expression.
