About

Hello and welcome! I'm so excited to be working with you. I am looking forward to supporting you as you gain a greater sense of self-understanding. As a clinician. I believe in creating an environment in which you truly feel seen and heard, with no judgement. My goal is to work with you to identify your strengths, as well as possible methods to compensate for some of your challenges - which everyone has! Every person's journey is unique, and I can't wait see what yours looks like. I feel very strongly that each individual deserves care that is specific to them.

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My motivation for working with autistic adults comes from extensive work with both children and adults in which neurodiversity played a significant role. I strive to provide an inclusive climate in which all individuals feel valued, supported, and heard. I am deeply inspired by the strengths and perspectives of the autistic community. My goal is to identify strengths and build on them, as well as challenges and ways to compensate for them. Together we can forge a path in which you can thrive.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I utilize a positive and strengths-based approach to ensure that every individual feels supported and heard, as well as empowered. I believe that we all have strengths and weaknesses. However, optimizing your strengths and compensating for your weaknesses is not always easy without some support. My hope is that I can be that support for you.
