About
Hello, I'm glad you're here! I honor the courage it takes to reach out for support. I am a California licensed, clinical psychologist that is based in Irvine, California. I specialize in comprehensive psychological assessments and psychotherapy with neurodivergent individuals. I am committed to providing thoughtful, thorough, and compassionate work through each evaluation, working collaboratively with you to understand your experiences, strengths, and challenges. My goal is to create a supportive and respectful evaluation process that helps you to gain clarity and move forward with greater understanding and confidence.
My work with autistic and neurodivergent individuals is grounded in deep respect for the autistic and neurodivergent community and for the many strengths, perspectives, and challenges that can accompany neurodivergent individual. I am drawn to this work because each person's lived experience is unique, shaped by both internal understanding and interpersonal experiences. My priority is to first listen- hearing your story, your successes, and the struggles that have brought you to this point. Together, we will pursue a thoughtful understanding of the assessment process, explore what the findings mean for you, and discuss potential paths forward that feels collaborative, affirming, and clear.
My clinical approach is strengths-based, affirming, and collaborative. I value a direct and transparent process that centers your unique abilities, qualities, and lived experience alongside areas of challenge. I view you as the expert in your own life and invite your perspective as an essential part of the evaluation process. My goal for our time together is to provide a collaborative experience that is educational, empowering, and useful- providing clarity and support that extends beyond the assessment and helps you move forward with confidence and self-understanding.
