About
Hello and welcome! My name is Jaqynne Diamond, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker currently residing in Tennessee. I hold both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Social Work and have experience supporting individuals navigating mental health challenges, life transitions, emotional distress, and personal growth.
What drives me as a provider is my genuine passion for helping people recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and create meaningful changes in their lives. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, supportive, and judgment-free experience where individuals feel safe to be their authentic selves.
My approach is compassionate, person-centered, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I recognize that no two individuals have the same experiences, and I strive to meet each person where they are while empowering them to develop the tools, confidence, and resilience needed to move forward.
Above all, I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported. My goal is not simply to help individuals manage their challenges, but to help them build a fulfilling life beyond those challenges.
My passion for working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals comes from my belief that everyone deserves to feel understood, accepted, and valued for who they are. Throughout my career as a clinical social worker, I have developed a deep appreciation for the importance of recognizing each individual’s unique strengths, experiences, and needs rather My passion for working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals comes from my belief that everyone deserves to feel understood, accepted, and valued for who they are. Throughout my career as a clinical social worker, I have developed a deep appreciation for the importance of recognizing each individual’s unique strengths, experiences, and needs rather than defining them by a diagnosis.
With over 10 years of experience across behavioral health, school-based services, healthcare, and community mental health settings, I have had the opportunity to support individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, social, and developmental challenges. My experience as a school social worker was particularly meaningful, as I worked with students with diverse developmental and behavioral needs, provided individualized interventions, collaborated with families and educators, and advocated for supportive environments that encouraged personal and academic growth.
My clinical background also includes providing individual and group therapy, conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, and significant life transitions. These experiences have reinforced my belief that effective care must be flexible, collaborative, and responsive to each person’s unique way of experiencing the world.
What draws me to working with autistic and neurodivergent clients is the opportunity to provide affirming, compassionate care that focuses on understanding rather than changing who someone is. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves, exploring challenges, strengthening self-advocacy skills, and building confidence in their abilities.
Above all, I want my clients to know that they do not have to change who they are to be worthy of acceptance, connection, and support. My goal is to empower each individual to embrace their authentic self while developing the tools and strategies needed to thrive on their own terms. than defining them by a diagnosis.
My approach is rooted in compassion, affirmation, and recognizing each individual’s unique strengths and abilities. Through my clinical experience in behavioral health and school-based settings, I have learned the importance of meeting clients where they are and tailoring care to their individual needs. I use evidence-based, person-centered, and strengths-based approaches to create a safe, supportive environment where neurodivergent individuals feel understood, valued, and empowered. My goal is to help clients embrace their authentic selves, build confidence, strengthen self-advocacy skills, and achieve personal growth on their own terms.
