Hi y'all!!!!!! I am Janique Sneed and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Texas. I’m passionate about helping adults navigate life’s challenges while feeling supported, understood, and empowered. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment or pressure to be anyone other than yourself.My approach is warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I naturally bring kindness, humor, and a little silliness into sessions because I believe healing and personal growth happen best in spaces that feel safe, genuine, and human. I’m someone who truly loves life, values meaningful connection, and enjoys helping people rediscover their strengths and confidence.I work with adults facing challenges such as anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and feeling stuck or misunderstood. Together, we’ll explore practical tools, healthier coping strategies, and ways to create more balance and fulfillment in your life.I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I take a collaborative and personalized approach to care. I want to get to know you as a whole person with your experiences, goals, values, strengths, and what matters most to you.Whether you’re seeking support during a difficult season or simply wanting to better understand yourself and grow emotionally, I strive to create a welcoming environment where you feel heard, accepted, and encouraged every step of the way.
I chose to become a therapist because I genuinely care about people and the experiences they carry through life. I’ve always been someone others naturally opened up to, and over time I realized how powerful it can be to simply feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. That connection is what led me to this work.What continues to drive me as a therapist is the opportunity to walk alongside people during difficult seasons and help them recognize their own strength, resilience, and growth. I know life can be overwhelming at times, and I believe everyone deserves a safe space where they can be fully themselves while receiving compassion and support.I bring a warm, friendly, and authentic energy into sessions. I’m compassionate, easy to talk to, and I believe healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy. Sometimes laughter, lighthearted moments, and genuine human connection can be just as important in the therapeutic process. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable, accepted, and encouraged from the very beginning.Being a therapist is more than just a career for me. it’s meaningful work that I truly love doing every day!!!!!!!!!
