About
Many people seek assessment not because something is wrong, but because their experience hasn’t been fully understood yet. You may be capable and insightful, yet feel that daily life requires more effort than it should.I’m Janine Kreft, a doctoral-level clinical psychologist. I live in Texas and am licensed in Illinois. At Prosper Health, I provide psychological assessment for autistic and neurodivergent adults who are looking for clarity that actually fits. My goal is to help translate your experience into accurate understanding—so you can move forward with more confidence and self-trust.
I specialize in working with autistic and neurodivergent adults because many people reach adulthood without having their internal experience accurately understood. I’m drawn to this work because of the relief that comes when things finally make sense—when confusion is replaced with clarity and self-doubt gives way to self-trust. My goal is to support understanding that feels precise, respectful, and genuinely useful, so you can move forward with more confidence and less self-questioning.
I take a strengths-based, affirming approach by focusing first on how your system works rather than where it struggles. I look at patterns, capacities, and long-standing adaptations within the context of your life, rather than in isolation. This allows for assessment that feels accurate, humane, and aligned with your lived experience—so the conclusions support clarity, self-advocacy, and informed next steps.
