About

Welcome to my practice! Acknowledging the significance of self-care and self-love is an important initial step on the path to healing. I am deeply passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels authentic and healing. I bring extensive experience from outpatient, school-based, in-home and residential settings. I personalize each session to reflect your goals, your voice and your pace while providing a calm, nurturing and supportive space for you to grow. You can expect a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, respected and empowered.

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I enjoy working with neurodivergent adults because I believe in showing up in the world with authenticity and honesty and believe each person’s uniqueness has value. My goal is to foster resilience, self-awareness and confidence so you can move forward more confidently with balance and purpose.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

My practice enables a focus on your individual needs, ensuring a thorough approach to address your goals. I prioritize active listening, open communication and collaboration. My goal is to foster self-awareness, promote well-being and equip you with practical tools for your challenges while celebrating your successes. The takeaway from our sessions is an enhanced understanding of yourself, improved coping mechanisms and a collaborative path toward improved mental health.
