Throughout my 25 years of experience conducting diagnostic assessments, I have always been drawn to the unique perspectives, resilience, and deep authenticity of my neurodivergent clients. Early in my career, I realized that traditional frameworks often focus heavily on deficits rather than potential, and I wanted to change that narrative. I chose to specialize in this field to provide a safe, neurodiversity-affirming space where an accurate diagnosis serves as a bridge to self-compassion. I have witnessed the life-changing impact of a precise assessment—whether for a child struggling in school, a teen feeling isolated, or an adult finally making sense of their life story—is incredibly profound. Ultimately, I specialized in this work for the fulfillment of helping clients uncover their hidden strengths, and find that deeply comforting moment of realizing they can build a life in which they completely thrive.

My therapeutic and diagnostic approach is deeply rooted in compassion, affirmation, and an unwavering commitment to helping individuals realize their full potential. Rather than viewing individuals through a lens of deficits or limitations, my focus is entirely on reckoning and building upon each person’s unique, inherent strengths. I believe that true growth happens when we move away from simply trying to 'fix challenges' and instead create a space where clients feel deeply understood, validated, and empowered to thrive exactly as they are.
