About

Hello and welcome! I’m Jamee Nicoletti, a neuropsychologist based in Arizona and licensed in both Arizona and New York. I am passionate about helping individuals understand their cognitive strengths and challenges, and how brain function impacts daily life, learning, work, and relationships.I approach evaluations as a collaborative process. My goal is to provide clear, meaningful insights in a warm and supportive environment, identifying strengths, clarifying diagnoses, and offering practical recommendations that promote growth and resilience.I live and practice in Arizona and maintain licensure in New York, allowing me to serve clients in both states. My training in neuropsychology provides a strong foundation in comprehensive assessment across a wide range of cognitive and emotional concerns. I am honored to support each person’s path toward greater clarity, understanding, and well-being.

Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My decision to focus on adult autism assessments has grown from both clinical experience and deep respect for neurodiversity. Over time, I have worked with adults who spent years feeling misunderstood, left to navigate anxiety, depression, burnout, or relationship challenges without a clear understanding of how their cognitive and sensory differences shaped those experiences. I have seen how transformative it can be when someone finally receives clarity that helps them make sense of their life story.I am inspired by the insight, resilience, and individuality of autistic adults, including those who were overlooked earlier in life due to subtle presentations, masking, or systemic barriers to diagnosis. Offering adult assessments allows me to provide a thoughtful, strengths-based evaluation process that honors each person’s lived experience rather than reducing it to deficits. My goal is to create a respectful and collaborative space where adults can explore questions about identity, cognition, and support needs with care and dignity. I hope to contribute to greater understanding, validation, and access to meaningful supports so that individuals not only gain diagnostic clarity, but also feel empowered in how they move forward.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

My approach is grounded in the belief that every individual brings inherent strengths, insight, and potential to the table. Rather than centering solely on challenges, I focus on recognizing, understanding, and building upon each person’s unique cognitive profile. I see assessment as an opportunity to highlight abilities, clarify patterns, and provide a framework that empowers growth.Rooted in compassion and affirmation, my work is guided by respect for neurodiversity and a deep commitment to helping clients feel seen and valued. I strive to create a supportive environment where strengths are not just acknowledged, but actively cultivated so that each individual can move forward with confidence, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.
