What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My motivation to working with autistic adults stems from my professional and lived experiences with the neurodivergent community. Autistic individuals bring incredible strengths, insights, and abilities, and I believe those qualities deserve to be recognized and celebrated.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

My approach is rooted in neuroaffirming care, focusing on helping clients build on what already makes them who they are. I want every person I work with to feel respected, valued, and empowered not pressured to change themselves, but supported in building the life they want.
