About

Hello and welcome! I'm so glad you're here. My name is Holland, and I live in Austin, Texas, where I'm a licensed psychologist with PSYPACT credentialing, which allows me to work with clients across many other states as well. I specialize in autism assessments for adults, and I care deeply about helping people finally get clarity on experiences that have often felt confusing or hard to explain. My approach is warm and practical. I want you to feel at ease with me, not like you're being evaluated from a distance.

Education & Licensure
PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Adler University; Master's in Counseling (Art Therapy) from Adler University
Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I've noticed something over the years: more and more adults are reaching a point where they suspect something about how they experience the world is different, but they don't know where to go for support or answers. That gap is what drew me to this work. I wanted to be someone people could come to when they're ready to finally understand themselves better, without having to figure it all out alone first.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I'm warm, friendly, and practical in how I work with people, and I like to problem-solve creatively rather than rely on a one-size-fits-all process. My training in art therapy shaped that instinct; it taught me to look for the approach that actually fits the person in front of me. I focus on your strengths as much as your challenges, and my goal is for you to walk away from our work together feeling understood, respected, and a little more equipped to navigate your own life.
