Hi and welcome! I’ve been in the Mental Health field for over 15 years and am licensed in Florida. I am passionate about offering care that will be individualized as each person is unique and will have unique needs. I can help you to challenge negative beliefs and perceptions and be able to recognize, accept, process, and work through issues as well as learn coping skills to manage reactions and emotions. No matter what your issues may be, I'm committed to working together to help you figure things out, sort things out, and be better equipped to handle whatever is going on and whatever may come your way in the future. Therapy with me will be always be full of support, understanding, and be completely safe and non-judgmental.
My motivation for working with autistic adults is due to my deep passion for advocating for underrepresented communities and my desire to promote inclusivity and acceptance in various environments. I am committed to helping clients achieve their full potential and utilize tailored approaches that respect individual differences.
I prioritize an affirming, positive environment by recognizing and celebrating individual strengths and validating the perspectives of each client. I believe in the importance of collaboration to help individuals set achievable goals and be successful.
