About

I believe taking steps towards person growth & new beginnings is the ultimate act of bravery. I am so glad you are here! My name is Hannah Holliday. I currently live in Houston and am licensed in Texas. With compassion, curiosity, and humor, I will support you through this process of reconnecting with an authentic version of you. With a focus on collaboration, I empower clients to transform their stories and challenges into opportunities and growth to live a life true to them.

Education & Licensure
Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Studio Art, from Baylor University, Waco; Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of St. Thomas, Houston.
Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

Much of my previous experiences include working with the autistic/neurodivergent clients whether it was in ABA, private practice settings, or higher level of care programs. In each of these experiences, I found joy in advocating, supporting, and fostering a space for this group of individuals to feel empowered and understood as they are. I take the time to respect the unique differences each client brings, adding a richness within sessions that can't always thrive in traditional therapy settings. My hope is to help clients feel more connected with themselves, build confidence in their differences, and develop skills that builds the life and relationships they strive for.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

My priority is to create a safe space to be yourself and reach for the support you need. My strengths based approach is rooted in the understanding that --our strengths often create our blind spots. My goal is not to use a diagnosis, a symptoms, or a problem, to box you in. But instead, to be curious, work towards being kind to yourself, and being you shamelessly.
