About
Hello and welcome! I'm Haley and I am licensed in Texas with 7 years of professional clinical experience in evidence-based counseling for all age groups, gender identities, and cultures. I work with my clients to create a unique and curated healing experience that prioritizes an understanding of your psychology and the parts of you that have changed your perspective of the world.I don’t believe that symptom management is the end of successful therapy. Survival is only the beginning of healing, and thriving is the goal. I find joy in witnessing my clients grasp their value, their resilience, and their strength. This is not a space where formality or masking is required. I’ll spare no effort to ensure that clients feel safe and comfortable to disclose their experiences, show up as their authentic selves, and process any area of life they choose.
My motivation for working with autistic adults stems from a passion for creating safety and community for individuals who would otherwise be isolated in their experiences.I believe the world is still working to understand neurodivergence, and neurodivergent individuals may find themselves isolated, misunderstood, or unseen trying to navigate a terrain that is not designed for them. Whether we are processing past trauma or finding solutions to common issues, the solutions for each neurodivergent individual will not be the same. The opportunity to be a part of someone feeling seen as who they are is extremely rewarding, especially if they are revealing their vulnerabilities in a world that may ask them to mask or hide them. The act of liberation and increasing mental freedom for you is something that happens alongside the healing process. I’ll strive for you to have an entirely new experience of self-expression, community support, and self-love.
One of the first things that stands out to me is the unique strengths you have and the ways you have adapted. I believe that each client has the innate ability of self-discovery and self-regeneration, and that what we are cultivating is self-awareness. This is not a process of learning what is “wrong” with you, but a process of learning about the parts of your identity and intuition that have gone unrecognized and silent.
