Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. As a licensed psychologist, I believe that authentically vulnerable and self-reflective relationships with ourselves and others are central to whole-person wellness and self-understanding. I am passionate about helping individuals and families gain clarity and insight through thoughtful psychological assessment. My goal is to create a compassionate, supportive space where you feel heard and understood throughout the evaluation process. With experience providing therapy, assessment, and consultation for clients across the lifespan, I approach each person’s story with care, collaboration, and respect for their unique strengths and needs.
I am passionate about providing adult autism evaluations because I believe there is real power in finally having language and understanding for experiences that may have felt confusing or isolating for years. I have deep respect for neurodiversity and value creating a thoughtful, affirming space where clients feel understood rather than judged. My goal is to help each person gain clarity, honor their unique way of experiencing the world, and move forward with greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and confidence.
I believe an affirming and strengths-based approach begins with truly listening to each person’s story and recognizing the value in how they experience the world. In my work, I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and understood, while also helping them identify the strengths, insight, and resilience they already carry. Rather than focusing only on difficulties, I seek to provide an evaluation experience that fosters greater self-understanding, honors neurodiversity, and supports clients in moving forward with clarity and confidence.
