About
Hi, I’m Gabriella! I’m a licensed mental health counselor in New Jersey, and my style is calm and down to earth. I focus on helping you make sense of your experiences in a way that feels empowering and sustainable. I guide rather than direct, asking thoughtful questions and helping you notice patterns so you can understand yourself more clearly. I support clients in managing anxiety, navigating relationship or family stress, and moving through life transitions with more confidence and emotional steadiness. My goal is to help you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and feel more grounded in your day to day life.
What motivated me to work with autistic and neurodivergent adults is seeing how often this community has been overlooked or misunderstood in traditional mental health settings. I’m especially drawn to supporting late diagnosed individuals including women and people of color who have spent years masking or doubting themselves in a world shaped by neurotypical norms. Neurodivergence is not something to fix. It’s a valid and authentic way of experiencing life, and I want to help you navigate systemic ableism, reconnect with your identity, and find relief and clarity in understanding yourself more fully.
I bring an affirming and strengths based approach by helping you recognize what already works for you and building from there. My work blends ACT, CBT, attachment based perspectives, and positive psychology to highlight your resilience, creativity, and insight. I guide with curiosity and care, offering thoughtful questions and practical tools while keeping the focus on your growth rather than your challenges. You can expect a supportive and non judgmental space where your identity is honored and your strengths are centered. My goal is to help you understand your patterns, deepen emotional regulation, and move toward a life that feels aligned with your values and your authentic self.
