About

Hello, and welcome. My name is Gabe, and I am a licensed marriage and faimliy therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose. I currently live in Texas and provide therapy services to clients in the states where I am licensed.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, burnout, self-esteem concerns, or unresolved family issues, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where healing and growth can occur.

My background includes working with adults from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds. I have a particular passion for helping individuals who feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, or difficulties stemming from family-of-origin experiences. Together, we will explore the factors that have shaped your story while building practical tools to help you move toward the life you want to create.

As a therapist, I value authenticity, compassion, and personal growth. My goal is not simply to help reduce symptoms but to empower you to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and live in alignment with your values. Seeking support takes courage, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they work toward meaningful and lasting change.

Education & Licensure
Bachelor's Degree in Human Development; Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology.
Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I became a therapist because I have always felt drawn to helping people through difficult seasons of life. Throughout my personal and professional experiences, I have seen how powerful it can be when someone feels truly heard, supported, and understood. Many people carry burdens that are difficult to navigate alone, and I believe everyone deserves a safe space to process challenges, discover their strengths, and find hope for the future. Being able to walk alongside individuals during times of struggle and witness their growth, healing, and resilience is what continues to inspire me in this work. It is a privilege to help people overcome obstacles, build healthier lives, and move toward the goals and relationships that matter most to them.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that every person possesses unique strengths, resilience, and untapped potential. Rather than focusing solely on challenges or diagnoses, I work collaboratively with clients to recognize and build upon the qualities, abilities, and resources they already have. I strive to create an affirming and compassionate environment where clients feel understood, valued, and empowered to move toward their goals.

As someone who is neurodivergent and lives with ADHD, I understand firsthand that differences in thinking, learning, and processing the world can also be sources of creativity, insight, adaptability, and strength. This perspective allows me to approach therapy with both professional expertise and personal understanding. I am passionate about helping individuals identify what is working well in their lives, develop greater self-awareness and self-acceptance, and leverage their strengths to overcome obstacles and create meaningful change. My goal is to support clients in recognizing their inherent value, embracing their unique gifts, and realizing their full potential.
