About
Hello, My Name is Fred, and I am Clinical therapist with over 6 years of experience working in the mental Health Field. I currently live in Lansing Michigan, and I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward greater well-being and self-understanding. My therapy style is warm, caring and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I believe in meeting clients where they are, and supporting them at their own pace as they work toward greater self-healing and meaningful change. If you're ready to take the next step in your healing journey, I'm here to walk alongside you with care and genuine support.
My commitment to supporting autistic adults is grounded in a deep respect for neurodiversity. I focus on creating a collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming space where your strengths, perspectives, and lived experiences are fully honored. Rather than asking you to fit into standard molds, we work together to navigate everyday challenges, build meaningful skills for daily life and relationships, and cultivate an environment where you feel genuinely understood, valued, and empowered to thrive."
My practice is grounded in an affirming, strengths-based approach designed to ensure you feel seen, valued, and empowered. I believe you already possess the unique internal resources and abilities needed to navigate life's challenges and reach your personal goals. By actively listening to your lived experiences and validating your feelings, I focus on creating a safe, collaborative space where you can show up and express yourself authentically.
