Welcome! My name is Dr. Faith Sproul. I am a licensed psychologist primarily licensed in Maryland. I am dedicated to providing comprehensive and insightful testing and assessment services. Navigating challenges in life, learning, or mental health can often feel overwhelming, but seeking clarity through professional assessment is a proactive and positive first step. My goal is to offer you or your loved one a supportive and collaborative experience from the initial consultation through the final feedback session. Psychological testing is a powerful tool—it's not just about labeling a problem, but about gaining a deep, individualized understanding of an your strengths, challenges, and unique way of interacting with the world.
My motivation for working with autistic adults stems from years of experience supporting children, adults and families in the autism community. I have personally seen the difference it makes helping individuals gain a better understanding of their strengths and challenges. With this understanding, you are able to move forward with developing appropriate skills and advocating for your needs.
I am dedicated to an affirming approach to care that focuses on helping you recognize and appreciate your unique way of viewing the world. It is possible to then use your strengths to build on and develop new skills that are useful for navigating your world.
