Erin Reilly
About
Hello and Welcome! I am so glad you are here today, My name is Erin and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. My areas of specialization include childhood trauma, grief, abandonment, complex trauma, and relational and family concerns. I have extensive experience supporting clients navigating multiple diagnoses while strengthening relationships and family systems. In addition to my clinical work, I am a certified equine-assisted psychotherapist, integrating experiential and somatic approaches that foster growth, insight, and connection.
My motivation for working with the neurodivergent population stems from a deep respect and passion to foster a safe, client-centered, empowering, and direct approach to counseling. I bring experience working with diverse populations across a wide range of clinical settings, including residential treatment, inpatient care, intensive family outpatient programs, and traditional outpatient services. Together, we focus on strengthening identity while processing difficult past experiences, empowering you to move forward with greater trust in yourself and clarity about your future.
My strength-based therapeutic approach is grounded in attachment theory and incorporates somatic and experiential modalities. I help clients reconnect their mind, body, and sense of self in meaningful, practical ways that extend into daily life. Through this work, clients build greater self-awareness, confidence, and autonomy.
