What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I felt a strong compassion to this field with my son is nueodivergent. Walk in this jourey with him I see where having a support can make the worls od difference. I believe in what I do and why I do it.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I priortize you as a individual and your experiences. I understand that everyone has their own experiences in life but still need to be seen, heard and validated to those experiences while coping through life's challenges.
