About
I’m Dr. Elsa Lee, a licensed psychologist specializing in counseling and clinical neuropsychology. Over the past two decades, I have worked with individuals in hospitals, community clinics, schools, and colleges. My approach is informed by both science and the humanities, combining evidence-based care with an appreciation for the experiences, relationships, and cultural backgrounds that shape each person.
My interest in psychology began in middle school years, when I picked up my sister’s psychology textbook. What started as curiosity about the human mind became a profession that brings me deep joy and meaning. I’m drawn to the opportunity to help people understand themselves with greater clarity and compassion. I value helping you develop a fuller understanding of yourself, which allows room for your strengths, your possibilities, and the life you want to build.
I work collaboratively with you to recognize your strengths, including abilities and ways of coping . I’m interested in what has helped you persevere, when you feel most like yourself, and what gives your life meaning. We’ll build on those foundations while making space for the experiences you find difficult. My approach combines thoughtful reflection with practical, evidence-based strategies, guided by your values and goals.
