About

Welcome- I'm so happy you've found your way here! My name is Elizabeth. I was born and raised in small town in Vermont, but am currently living in a rural area of Utah. I am passionate about providing services to the community that raised me and shaped me into who I am, which is why I hold licenses in both Vermont and Utah. As a psychologist, my goal is to combine your understanding of your lived experience and inner world with my expertise in assessment and mental health. My hope is that, together, we can provide you with greater self-understanding in a way that feels supportive and compassionate.

Education & Licensure
PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University New England; MS in Psychology from Antioch University New England; Bachelors in Psychology from Plymouth State University
Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My motivation to specialize in working with autistic clients stems from the deep frustration and sadness I have felt when observing how autistics are often conceptualized and treated by mental health professionals and society at large. You are not a broken version of a neurotypical person. You may have spent your whole life feeling like a square peg being forced into a round hole (the world around you).  I strive to provide a space where you feel valued, listened to, and respected.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I prioritize using an assessment process that is strengths-based, affirming, and focuses on your unique strengths and abilities.  I have great compassion for the ways that being expected to adapt to a world that is not designed for your brain can impact you, and my hope is that a thoughtful assessment can help you harness your inherent strengths to achieve your personal goals.
