About
Hi, I'm so glad you're here. I know that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and finding the right clinician is an important part of the process. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as your authentic self—without judgment, pressure to mask, or expectations to fit into someone else's mold.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia, I'm passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and build lives that feel authentic and meaningful. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent clients, including autistic individuals and those with ADHD, while also supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, we'll build on your strengths and develop strategies that work for your unique needs, helping you move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
I've always been drawn to helping people feel seen, understood, and accepted for who they are. My passion for working with autistic and other neurodivergent clients comes from recognizing how often they are misunderstood or expected to adapt to environments that weren't designed with them in mind. I believe everyone deserves a space where they don't have to mask, explain away their differences, or feel like they need to be "fixed."
As your clinician, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, embrace your strengths, and develop tools that support the way you experience the world. It's incredibly rewarding to walk alongside clients as they build self-confidence, reduce burnout, and create lives that feel more authentic and aligned with who they are.
I believe you are so much more than a diagnosis or a list of challenges. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and strength-based, meaning I focus on understanding how your brain works, recognizing your unique strengths, and helping you build a life that aligns with your values rather than someone else's expectations. Together, we'll identify what already works for you, develop practical strategies that support your goals, and create a space where you feel accepted, empowered, and genuinely understood. My hope is that therapy helps you not only navigate life's challenges but also appreciate and embrace the qualities that make you uniquely you.
