About
Hi, I’m Ellie. I’m so glad you’re here. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your authentic self and feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I bring warmth, curiosity, compassion, and a little humor into our work together. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, and I’ll meet you where you are while helping you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change in your life. I’m licensed in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Florida, and I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you on your journey.
I’m drawn to working with autistic and neurodivergent adults because I value the unique ways people experience, understand, and connect with the world. I believe therapy should never be about asking you to become someone you’re not. Instead, I want to create a space where you can better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and feel comfortable being authentically you. Together, we can explore what works for you, navigate challenges with compassion, and build a life that feels meaningful and true to who you are.
I believe you already bring strengths, insight, and resilience into the therapy room. My role is to help you recognize and build upon those strengths while creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted as you are. I approach our work with curiosity, compassion, and affirmation rather than judgment. Together, we’ll explore what works for you, honor your individual needs and experiences, and develop tools that support the life you want to create.
