About
Welcome! My name is Elizabeth (Liz), and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who is passionate about creating a supportive and welcoming space where clients feel safe to show up as their authentic selves. I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when navigating stress, relationships, life transitions, burnout, or simply trying to manage the expectations of everyday life. My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding.
I’ve always been drawn to working with individuals who have felt misunderstood, overlooked, or pressured to fit into spaces that were not designed with their needs in mind. Working with neurodivergent adults feels especially meaningful to me because I value authenticity and believe people deserve spaces where they do not have to mask who they are in order to feel accepted. I recognize the unique strengths, perspectives, and challenges that can come with neurodivergence, and I’m passionate about helping clients navigate life in ways that feel more sustainable, affirming, and aligned with who they truly are.
My approach is affirming, collaborative, and strength-based. Rather than focusing on “fixing” clients, I strive to help individuals better understand themselves, build on their existing strengths, and develop tools that support their overall well-being. I recognize that everyone experiences and processes the world differently, and I aim to meet clients with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment. Together, we will work to create a space where you feel supported, empowered, and able to move beyond limitations while embracing the parts of yourself that make you unique.
