Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I am drawn to working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals because I saw how many people, especially women and people of color, spent years feeling misunderstood, overlooked, or mislabeled. I value helping clients make sense of their experiences in a way that feels validating rather than pathologizing. I enjoy creating a space where clients can feel safe, understood, and more connected to who they are, while recognizing both the challenges they face and the strengths they bring into the world.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I approach my work from a place of curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for each person's lived experience. I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being fully themselves, especially individuals who may have spent years feeling misunderstood or overlooked. My focus is on helping clients recognize patterns, build self-understanding, and identify the strengths they already possess while supporting them in navigating areas of difficulty with greater clarity and confidence.
