About
Hello, I’m glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, and I want you to know you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing openly at your own pace. I’m a licensed therapist with extensive experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, substance use, life transitions, and emotional wellness challenges. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and empowering, helping you better understand yourself while building the tools and confidence needed to create meaningful change. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, compassionate, and practical, while also helping you recognize your strengths and resilience along the way.
I was drawn to working with autistic adults because I recognized how many individuals have spent years feeling misunderstood, overlooked, or pressured to fit into environments that were not designed with their needs in mind. I value the opportunity to create a therapeutic space where clients can feel accepted as they are, without judgment or the expectation to mask who they are. I am passionate about supporting autistic adults in navigating anxiety, relationships, communication challenges, sensory stressors, self-advocacy, and life transitions while honoring their individuality, identity, and lived experiences.
I believe every person brings unique strengths, insights, and abilities into therapy, even during difficult moments. My role is not to “fix” clients, but to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and develop strategies that support your goals and overall well-being. I take an affirming and neurodiversity-accepting approach by creating a supportive environment where you feel respected, validated, and empowered to be yourself. I focus on collaboration, authenticity, emotional safety, and helping clients recognize their resilience while developing practical coping skills that fit their individual needs and lifestyle.
