Hi! I'm Dorothy, greetings to all! I just moved to North Carolina. I have a license in KY and NC. Helping others is a lifelong work of mine. I'm constantly learning and growing as I move through this world, myself. Life is a journey and we are all trying to figure it out along the way. I would be honored to be part of your journey. You are the expert of your life! I am just there to try to be a guide who can offer a different view.
I come from a rural area where autism and neurodivergence were something no one understood. I strive to help people figure out strengths within themselves so they can move forward in life. Too many people are put down for being "too emotional" and I am tired of it. We need to flip the script and look at things differently. Many people on the spectrum have internal thoughts that continually feed them a negative view of themselves and of how others see them. I want to work with people to help ease that.
It's time for us to focus on strengths and what makes you amazing instead of the negative self-talk. Let's focus on creating a life for yourself where you can work to be authentic and real, every day.
