About
Hello, I am a licensed clinical psychologist practicing in Southern California. I strive to create a thoughtful and supportive space where individuals feel seen, understood and empowered. I am passionate about supporting individuals and families through meaningful and often complex moments. I believe healing begins when people feel truly heard and met with compassion.
My work is rooted in the belief that meaningful growth begins with understanding and honoring who a person already is. Rather than centering care on perceived limitations, I focus on recognizing each individual’s strengths, capacities, adaptive strategies and helping them build upon those foundations. I approach every client with compassion and affirmation, acknowledging the resilience it takes to navigate a world that is not always designed with their needs in mind. Through a collaborative and respectful process, I aim to support clients in deepening self-understanding, cultivating confidence and moving toward their goals in ways that feel aligned, empowering and true to their full potential.
As a caregiver to a neurodivergent brother and a parent to a neurodivergent son, I have witnessed firsthand the challenges families face when trying to access timely, comprehensive and affirming services. Navigating fragmented systems, long waitlists and delayed evaluations highlighted how significant the gaps in care truly are. These experiences shaped my commitment to bridging that gap by providing thoughtful, accessible and high-quality assessment and therapeutic services that honor each individual’s unique needs and lived experience.
