About
Hello and welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I’m a licensed psychologist currently based in Texas. My work is grounded in a deep respect for each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and ways of understanding the world. I’m passionate about helping individuals gain clarity, insight, and self-understanding through the assessment process. As a clinician, I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and exploring your experiences openly. I believe that psychological assessment can be a powerful tool for increasing self-awareness and helping people better understand their needs, patterns, and strengths. My goal is to ensure that the evaluation process feels thoughtful, respectful, and empowering, providing meaningful information that can support you in moving forward with greater confidence and understanding.
My interest in working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals developed through my broader commitment to helping people better understand their experiences. Over time, I’ve worked with many adults who have spent years feeling different, misunderstood, or unsure why certain aspects of life have felt more challenging. Being able to help someone make sense of their experiences in a clear and validating way is one of the most meaningful parts of my work.
I believe that many neurodivergent individuals have spent a significant portion of their lives focusing on what feels difficult or “different,” often without having language that truly reflects their experiences. My goal is to help shift that narrative by highlighting patterns of resilience, insight, and capability that may not have been fully recognized before. In my work, I aim to create a space that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and affirming. I approach assessment with curiosity and care, taking time to understand the full context of a person’s experiences rather than reducing them to a checklist of challenges. Ultimately, my goal is for clients to leave the process feeling more informed, validated, and empowered in how they move forward.
