Hello, my name is Dr. Cynthia Munshell. I am a clinical psychologist and I have been licensed in the state of Maryland for more than 30 years. I have worked in a variety of settings and have enjoyed each of them and learned from all of them. I have worked with clients from ages 3-103.
Education & Licensure
Ph.D. in Psychology from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill; Bachelors in Psychology from St. Olaf College, Northfield, Minnesota.

What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?
My goal is to meet each client "where they are" and work with them to follow the path that will allow them to thrive.
How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?
I work with each client collaboratively to understand their experiences, identify patterns that may be holding them back, and create practical strategies for change.
