Hello and welcome to my Bio! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Cristina Ramirez Aubone. I currently live in Florida. I am excited about the possibility of supporting you through the unique journey to yourself. As a psychologist, I believe in creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and understood. What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

My primary goal when working with autistic individuals is to make you feel understood. My personal admiration for the neurodiversity community stems from recognizing your needs and most profound emotional wishes. I value the strengths, perspectives, and resilience of the autistic community, and I will support you throughout this process. My ultimate desire is for you to recognize the skills that improve an individual's quality of life and relationships. Moving forward, we can build foundation so that you can better navigate any challenge you may encounter in the future.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

I recognize the importance of enhancing your strengths by including a strengh-based approach during our meetings. I believe that we all carry the ability to navigate our challenges by solidifying our innate abilities. By working together, we will explore your emotions as a team while I create the ideal space for you to flourish.
