About
Hello and welcome. I’m truly glad you’re here. My name is Dr. Cratissa Schley, and I currently live in Delaware while being licensed through PSYPACT to support clients across multiple states. I’m a psychologist who cares deeply about creating spaces where you feel understood, affirmed, and connected...not just to me, but to yourself. My work is grounded in compassion, clinical depth, and an honest belief that you deserve a place where your mind, body, and identity are honored without judgment. When you work with me, you enter a space where your story, your sensory world, your pace, and your brilliance matter.
My commitment to autistic and neurodivergent adults comes from a place of profound respect. Throughout my clinical work, I’ve witnessed how often autistic individuals are misunderstood, underestimated, or expected to shrink themselves to fit systems that were never designed for them. I chose this path because I believe you deserve better, a space where you do not have to mask, over-explain, or fight to be taken seriously. I’m inspired by the honesty, creativity, and depth that neurodivergent clients bring into the room, and I’m committed to supporting you as you navigate a world that doesn’t always understand you. My goal is to help you build a life that actually fits you...not a life you have to contort yourself to fit into.
I take a strengths-based, affirming approach because I know that neurodivergence is not a deficit, it is a way of being in the world that holds wisdom, insight, creativity, and pattern-recognition that many people overlook. In our work together, I center your strengths and move at your pace, while also gently challenging you to stretch into new awareness when you feel ready.I’m thoughtfully challenging and encouraging in session: I will ask questions that make you think, interrupt unhelpful narratives with care, and push you just enough to deepen your insight but never to overwhelm you. I want you to feel safe, grounded, and connected while also supported in growing into your fullest expression. I bring a blend of reflective and expressive communication, meaning I will help you slow down and explore your internal world, but I’m also animated, engaged, and fully present with you. My goal is never to “fix” you. My goal is to help you see yourself clearly, honor your truth, and build a life where your strengths are centered and your needs are met with dignity.
