About
I’m a licensed psychologist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s complexities with clarity and confidence. My work centers on fostering insight, emotional resilience, and meaningful change. I strive to create an environment that feels grounded, supportive, and free of judgment, where you can explore your experiences openly and honestly.
I work with autistic individuals because I deeply value neurodiversity and believe differences in thinking, processing, and experiencing the world are strengths — not deficits. I am committed to offering an affirming, respectful space where clients can feel accepted as they are, without judgment or the expectation to mask or change core aspects of themselves. My goal is to support clarity and insight — helping individuals better understand their unique patterns, needs, and strengths.
I use a strengths-based approach by intentionally identifying and building on each person’s existing abilities, interests, and resilience. Rather than focusing solely on challenges, I help clients recognize what is already working and how those strengths can support growth. This perspective fosters confidence, self-awareness, and practical strategies that align with who they are and what matters most to them.
