Hello! I am so happy to be working with you. My name is Colette and I currently live in Arizona, where I am licensed. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, relaxed, and truly yours — a space where you can talk freely without feeling pressured, judged, or rushed. My hope is that my clients feel secured and supported when working with me.
My motivation for working with autistic adults comes from wanting individuals to feel safe and accepted, no matter what. My hope is to provide support and listen to your experiences. I aim to help clients better understand themselves and to build skills to help with their interpersonal relationships. I believe that in working together, we can help you feel understood, validated, and able to navigate a world that at times can be judgmental.
I believe the most important approach is one in which the client feels comfortable. I am warm, engaging, and attentive — willing to meet clients where they are at. I believe every client has their own unique strengths and abilities that can help them achieve personal goals and navigate unique challenges.
