About
Hi, I’m Dr. Colby Kipp, a licensed psychologist in Oklahoma. I’m passionate about helping you better understand yourself, navigate the challenges you’re facing, and recognize the strengths you already bring with you. I strive to create a space that feels genuine, comfortable, and collaborative, where you can feel heard without judgment. My goal is not to fit you into a particular mold, but to understand your individual experiences and help you find support that make sense for your life.
My interest in working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals is also personal. I have a younger sister on the autism spectrum, and growing up with her gave me an early appreciation for the unique strengths, perspectives, and challenges that can come with neurodivergence. That experience has shaped the way I approach my work and reinforced the importance of helping people feel understood rather than simply labeled. I want you and your loved ones to leave the evaluation process with greater clarity, a better understanding of your strengths and needs, and practical recommendations that can make a meaningful difference in daily life.
I approach psychological evaluations as a collaborative process focused on understanding the whole person, not simply arriving at a diagnosis. I take time to learn about your history, experiences, strengths, concerns, and goals, and then use that information alongside standardized testing and behavioral observations to develop a clear picture of how you function. Throughout the process, I strive to create a comfortable and affirming environment where you can be yourself and where differences are viewed within the context of your individual strengths. My goal is to provide you with answers that are understandable and useful, along with recommendations that can help at home, school, work, or in treatment.
