About
Since earning my Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in 2004, I've been dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy and psychological evaluation services to people facing a wide range of life challenges.
I have particular expertise working with adults on the autism spectrum, including many who are seeking a late diagnosis for the first time. Clients often come to me after years of feeling different without knowing why — sensing that social interactions require more effort than they seem to for others, struggling with sensory sensitivities, masking their natural way of relating in professional or social settings, or feeling exhausted by routines and expectations that don't fit how their mind works. Many have spent years attributing these struggles to anxiety, depression or personal failure.
I offer comprehensive psychological evaluations that provide diagnostic clarity for adults, along with treatment recommendations and referrals that focus on processing what a late diagnosis means for one's identity and history, building sustainable coping strategies, reducing burnout from years of masking, developing self-advocacy skills, improving self esteem and creating healthy relationships.
