About

My name is Cindy Rollins and I am a licensed psychologist who resides in Arizona. I utilize a collaborative and impartial approach in conducting evaluations. I use a strengths-based lens to better understand you, combined with scientifically validated psychometric assessment tools. My goal is to assist you in gaining increased insight into yourself and addressing all your questions and concerns.

Education & Licensure
PsyD in Clinical-Community Psychology from the University of La Verne in La Verne, California; Bachelors in Psychology from Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, California; Associates in general studies from Yavapai College in Prescott, Arizona.
Treatment Approach
What motivated you to specialize in working with autistic adults?

I am passionate about working with autistic/neurodivergent adults because I recognize how the field of psychology has tended to focus on deficits/and differences. My approach is gaining a thorough understanding of my client, highlighting not only the challenges this individual may be faced with, but also their specific strengths and resiliency. Ideally, we can work together to create a plan of action to enhance the client's quality of life.

How do you bring a strengths-based, affirming approach to your client work?

As a strengths-based psychologist, I see the client as an expert in their lived experience and view my role as collaborate. I believe everyone is entitled to be treated with respect, kindness, and dignity. My goal is to assist the individual in gaining a greater understanding of themself, highlighting that person's strengths and resiliency, as well as allowing the individual a safe space to express concerns and challenges they face.
