About
The way you experience the world tells an important story—and understanding that story can change the way you see yourself. As a licensed psychologist in Colorado, I'm passionate about helping people make sense of their unique ways of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world. Through a collaborative and compassionate assessment process, my goal is to help you gain meaningful insight into yourself while feeling genuinely heard, respected, and understood. Together, we'll build on that understanding to identify practical next steps and help you move forward with greater confidence.
I've always been drawn to helping people better understand themselves. For many neurodivergent individuals, there can be years of wondering why certain experiences feel different or why everyday life seems more difficult than it appears for others. I believe that gaining insight into how your mind works can be incredibly empowering. I've seen how receiving a thoughtful, compassionate evaluation can transform years of confusion into clarity and self-criticism into self-acceptance. My hope is that our work together leaves you with greater self-compassion, confidence, and a deeper appreciation for the unique ways you experience the world.
I take a collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming approach that recognizes every individual brings unique strengths, perspectives, and experiences. I don't believe an evaluation should simply answer a diagnostic question—it should help you make sense of your experiences and better understand yourself. Together, we'll explore not only the challenges you've faced, but also the abilities, resilience, and qualities that have helped shape who you are. My hope is that you leave feeling validated, empowered, and equipped with practical insights that help you move forward with greater confidence.
