About
Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Celestia Clark, a clinician currently licensed in Utah and Alaska. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent adults as they navigate life, work, and relationships in ways that feel aligned and sustainable. You don’t have to do this alone. I provide a supportive, judgment-free space where we can explore your strengths, untangle challenges, and develop strategies that work for you — not against you. My goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and confident in how you move through the world.
My passion for working with autistic and neurodivergent adults comes from a deep belief that different ways of thinking, processing, and experiencing the world are not deficits — they are differences. Too often, neurodivergent individuals are asked to adapt to systems that were not designed with them in mind, which can lead to exhaustion, isolation, and self-doubt.I am inspired by the resilience, creativity, depth, and insight I see within the neurodivergent community. Many adults I work with have spent years trying to “fit in” while feeling misunderstood or overwhelmed. Supporting clients as they unlearn shame, rediscover their strengths, and build lives that genuinely align with who they are is deeply meaningful to me.Creating spaces where clients feel safe enough to reduce masking, explore identity, and practice self-compassion is at the heart of my work. Being part of that journey toward clarity, confidence, and empowerment is what motivates me every day.
My work is rooted in compassion, affirmation, and a deep commitment to supporting clients as they step into their full potential. I strive to create a space where authenticity is not only welcomed but encouraged — where clients feel safe enough to unmask, reflect honestly, and reconnect with who they are beneath years of expectation or self-doubt. Rather than centering therapy on deficits, I focus on helping individuals identify their natural abilities, interests, values, and ways of thinking, and then intentionally build upon them.Growth, in my practice, is not about becoming someone different; it is about becoming more fully yourself. Together, we cultivate self-awareness, self-advocacy, and sustainable strategies that align with each client’s strengths and lived experience. By grounding our work in respect and affirmation, I support clients in developing greater confidence, resilience, and self-trust — empowering them to move through the world with clarity, agency, and a stronger sense of possibility
