I create a safe and nonjudgmental environment so you are free to share and express yourself so that I can further assist you. I am a licensed psychologist in both Maryland and New Mexico and feel blessed to work in a profession that is more than a job to me. Helping others is my calling in life and I am committed to providing you top notch care.
I am not only a psychologist but a mother of 4 (including a set of triplets). My triplets are neurodivergent and seeing the world through such special humans eyes has inspired me to support and provide insight to others with questions about how and what makes them tick. I am an advocate for others that are on a journey to explore, learn, and grow within themselves. I believe we all have unique abilities and the more we understand ourselves the more complete our puzzle becomes.
I use a person-centered and strength based approach while helping to harness each individual's strengths, and understanding and uncover any areas of challenge. I meet my clients where they are and use an active listening approach to help you feel heard and validated. I am an authentic and compassionate person and aim to help support and guide you to a place of understanding.
