My motivation for working with neurodivergent clients developed during my time in the university system, where I observed many students seeking clarity about their identities as neurodivergent individuals. I saw how often they navigated uncertainty while trying to better understand themselves, frequently without adequate support or space to explore these questions.This experience shaped my commitment to this work. I aim to provide a safe and affirming space where autistic and neurodivergent adults can explore their identities, develop a deeper understanding of themselves, and feel supported in recognizing and advocating for their needs.

I prioritize creating a warm, affirming space where you feel seen, valued, and supported. My approach is grounded in recognizing and building on your strengths and unique abilities, so that together we can navigate challenges and move toward your personal goals with confidence. I believe each person already holds the capacity for growth, and my role is to help bring that forward through compassionate listening, validation, and collaboration.As a Latina-identified individual, I am especially mindful of the ways culture, identity, and lived experience shape how we move through the world. I strive to honor those parts of you, creating a space where your full self is welcomed and affirmed. My commitment is to walk alongside you as you deepen self-understanding, build on your strengths, and step more fully into your potential.
