Cary Rampolla

I have dedicated much of my career to serving underserved and marginalized communities, and that commitment naturally extends to neurodivergent adults. Many adults reach this stage of life without ever having had access to appropriate assessment, support, or even the opportunity to better understand their own experiences. I want to help change that. I am especially drawn to this work because a thoughtful assessment can provide clarity, validation, and access to resources that may have been unavailable earlier in life. My goal is to help make high-quality assessment more accessible while creating a respectful, supportive space where each person feels heard and understood throughout the process.

I believe no two people experience the world in exactly the same way, so I approach each assessment as its own individual story rather than through a one-size-fits-all lens. I see each patient as the expert on their own lived experience, and I draw on that perspective to understand patterns across time, relationships, environments, and different stages of life. My role is to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and identify both strengths and areas where additional support may be helpful. I aim to create an affirming and respectful assessment experience that recognizes the whole person, not just a set of symptoms or challenges.
