Her primary therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). She has previously offered services in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs for teens, as well as family, individual, and couples counseling. Currently, Candace takes a client-centered approach, working primarily with neurodivergent individuals to help them navigate daily life, develop coping skills, and leverage their unique strengths. Outside of her professional work, Candace is married and enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter. She loves reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
My motivation for working with autistic adults stems from a deep respect for neurodiversity and a passion for fostering a space where ever individual feels valued and empowered, I feel like this particular population gets overlooked often and needs attention
I prioritize cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy to help meet each client where they are
