About
My name is Bryan, and I am licensed in Texas. I am passionate about equipping people to balance their relational, emotional, and mental health concerns. We are wired for hospitality and relationships where we feel truly heard and understood. Every person’s journey, background, story, and concerns are unique as the strengths and dynamic they bring into therapy.
My motivation for working with neurodivergent clients comes partly from being neurodivergent myself, I have ADHD as well as dyslexia the effort spent to balance self-awareness as its relationship situational awareness in prelateships throughout the day. The unfortunate reality of modern life is that our assumptions are often shaped by tools and systems rather than genuine human relationships. Together, we can work toward a life where you feel understood, equipped, and able to thrive by being mindful the dynamic you bring with you into person professional relationships and in therapy
I prioritize a flexible and humanizing approach. I believe that when a person leans into therapy, the therapist’s job is to highlight the person’s unique strengths and abilities, which can be used to build resilience in daily life. It has been a privilege to listen actively to respond to people as we work their internal conflicts. Together, we acknowledge the dynamics unfolding in therapy so you can work through intense feelings during sessions and live a more balanced life outside of Therapy.
