About
Hello! I’m Dr. Quinn (they/them/theirs). I’m a clinical psychologist licensed in Texas and disabled military veteran with experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, from young children through older adulthood. Throughout my career, I have worked with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, identities, life experiences, socioeconomic circumstances, and relationship structures. I provided therapy as well as psychological, neuropsychological, and psychoeducational assessment.I believe meaningful psychological care begins with creating a space where you can feel respected, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I recognize that your identities, experiences, relationships, environment, and personal history all shape how you experience the world. My goal is to understand you as a whole person and to work collaboratively with you in a way that respects your needs, values, strengths, and goals.
I am passionate about providing psychological assessments for autistic and neurodivergent individuals because this work is both professionally and personally meaningful to me. I was diagnosed with ADHD and autism later in life, which strengthened my appreciation for how meaningful it can be to finally have language and context for your experiences.
My goal is to make the assessment process collaborative, affirming, and individualized. I want you to feel heard throughout the process and to leave with a clearer understanding of yourself, including your strengths, needs, and unique way of experiencing the world. I view assessment not simply as identifying a diagnosis but as an opportunity to provide insight and information that can help you move forward with greater self-understanding.
