Greetings! I am so glad you are here. I am Dr. Brittany Lee and I am a licensed psychologist who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and resilience. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns, providing a supportive and nonjudgmental space for growth and healing.
My motivation derives from my passion in seeing others make progress toward their goals and live their best lives. It is a very special experience to be a passenger on the journey. My goal is to help you navigate that journey in the best possible way and work toward a better quality of life.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual, drawing from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques. I believe that therapy should feel both empowering and practical, helping clients build tools they can use in their everyday lives.I am especially committed to helping clients feel seen, heard, and understood, and I val”creating a warm, authentic connection in the therapeutic process.
